Are you looking for warehouse work? Do you have assembly experience? Qualified Staffing is looking for you. One of our clients in Fort Valley are looking for assemblers.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain parts from point of use or warehouse.
  • Material labeling/stenciling – Appropriately mark and label all pieces as required.
  • Record production notes – complete any necessary production paperwork.
  • Material Loading/Packaging – Package finished products in boxes, racks, or stack finished products on a flat/pallet as necessary.
  • Daily cleanliness task of area and tools.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
  • Maintain 6s; clean and neat work area. (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety)
  • Practice proper safety techniques.
  • Carry out prescribed preventative maintenance in accordance with schedules.
  • Follow all procedures and guidelines.
  • Must meet the requirements of the assigned cells.
  • Must be able to meet required production times by end of 90 days.
  • Material transportation - Transport all finished goods to shipping area.
  • Assistance with physical inventory inspection and measurement as required.

Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of tools
  • Moderate mechanical knowledge 
  • Lift 30 lbs.
