**Position Overview:** We are seeking Light Assembly Associates. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, especially with plastic injection molding. However, we are happy to train individuals who show strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Operate plastic injection molding machines, including adding inserts and hand loads. - Trim and sort parts in a cleanroom. - Conduct quality inspections according to specifications. - Follow work instructions and safety procedures. - Complete production and inspection documentation clearly. - Help with assembly and packaging when needed.
**Qualifications:** - 1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably with injection molding. - Mechanically inclined with good attention to detail. - Good hand dexterity. - Experience with molding process development is a plus, but not required. - Team-oriented with strong communication skills. - Reliable work history and good attendance. - Ability to work overtime if needed. - High school diploma or GED required. - Reliable transportation. - Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
