Job Posting: Light Assembly AssociateLocation: Wixom, MI Position: Light Assembly AssociatePay: $16/hr. Department: Manufacturing/ProductionOverview: Our client is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Light Assembly Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling plastic components, performing visual inspections, trimming, and packaging. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, instructional adherence, and producing quality work in a cleanroom environment.Essential Duties Include:
Perform assembly and packaging of plastic components.
Trim and sort parts in a cleanroom environment.
Conduct visual inspections according to part specifications.
Follow work instructions, cleaning, and safety procedures meticulously.
Accurately document production counts and inspection results.
Qualifications:
One (1) or more years of manufacturing/assembly experience.
Strong teamwork skills and effective communication.
Proven history of good work performance and attendance.
Willingness to work overtime as required, based on production needs.
High school diploma or GED required.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent hand dexterity.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs occasionally.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for up to 8 hours.
