Job Description

Our client is a manufacturing company that specializes in the design, engineering and manufacturing of molded products.  They are seeking a Machine Operator on their 1st shift.  The person in this role would be working with molds, checking product quality and operating machines to create plastic products.  The will be occasional overtime as needed.   Responsibilities:
  • Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing setting
  • Assemble plastic parts according to specifications
  • Remove plastic molds from tooling
  • Stand for the duration of the shift
  • Lift and carry up to 35lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
  • Meet production goals and deadlines
 Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35lbs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow procedures
  • Basic math skills
