Job Description
Dryden-based engineering and manufacturing company supplying components for the RV and specialty vehicle industry is growing and looking to add dedicated Assembly Line Technician team members who value quality, integrity, and teamwork. These are entry-level positions for those looking to begin a career in manufacturing. Some manufacturing is preferred but hands-on training will be provided. 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:50AM-4:20PM; pay starts at $15.00, with an increase to $16.00 after 90 days. Candidates must submit a complete, up-to-date resume to be considered. Job Description: Aluminum Machine Operator Key Responsibilities:
Operate aluminum machine to fabricate materials to specified dimensions
Read and interpret basic shop drawings and prints
Accurately measure materials using a tape measure
Ensure all parts meet quality standards and tolerances
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
Assist with material handling and moving parts as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions
Comfortable reading dimensioned prints (training provided)
Able to lift up to 30 lbs.and stand for most of the shift
Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
