Lapeer/Dryden-based manufacturer committed to excellence in precision manufacturing and craftsmanship, and a trusted supplier in the RV and specialty vehicle industry, is growing and looking to add a dedicated team member who values quality, integrity, and teamwork as an Aluminum Machine Operator. This person will work out of their Dryden, MI location. 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:40AM-4:20PM, $16 per hour. Apply Now! Position Overview: Aluminum Machine Operator/Dryden location. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aluminum Machine Operator. This is an entry-level role — no prior experience is necessary. We provide hands-on training to help you succeed and grow within our company. Key Responsibilities: • Operate aluminum machine to fabricate materials to specified dimensions • Read and interpret basic shop drawings and prints • Accurately measure materials using a tape measure • Ensure all parts meet quality standards and tolerances • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe • Assist with material handling and moving parts as needed Qualifications: • Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions • Comfortable reading dimensioned prints (training provided) • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift • Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why work for Qualified Staffing?We offer a fantastic benefits package to all of our employees.
