Job Description

Dryden-based engineering and manufacturing company supplying components for the RV and specialty vehicle industry is growing and looking to add dedicated Aluminum Finishing Technician team members who value quality, integrity, and teamwork.  These are entry-level positions for those looking to begin a career in manufacturing.  Some manufacturing is preferred but hands-on training will be provided.  1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:50AM-4:20PM; pay starts at $15.00, with an increase to $16.00 after 90 days.  Candidates must submit a complete, up-to-date resume to be considered.
Job Description:  Aluminum Finishing Technician
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sand aluminum surfaces using a pneumatic orbital sander
  2. Drill holes in aluminum components using a pneumatic drill
  3. Load finished materials into racks in preparation for the next production step
  4. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  5. Assist in other general labor or material handling tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  1. Willingness to learn how to use air tools (pneumatic sander and drill)
  2. Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for most of the shift
  3. Basic understanding of measurements and following directions
  4. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependability
  5. Team player with good attention to detail
