Administrative Sales Support - Great Opportunity!
Full-time, permanent position, with full benefits.
- Responsible for administrative support to the General Industries sales team
- Responsible for the accurate and timely input of customer PO’s and Work Orders
- Processing customer orders into invoices in a timely fashion
- Responsible for general administrative support for sales activity
- Review of current systems and implement improvements for speed and accuracy
- Follow-up and problem solve discrepancies with customer orders, invoices and general sales related data
- Monitor the status of customer orders ensuring accurate and timely follow-up
- Provide administrative services to other teams as needed

Must be proficient in MS Office.
