Job duties include:
Answering phones; filing; creating applicant packets; providing support for Client Service Representatives, including reference checks, pre-screening applicants, background checks and maintaining availability lists of employees; and other duties as needed.
Previous office experience and data entry [preferred].
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and also contribute to a team.
Hours are flexible but definitely needed during the lunchtime rush; about 5 hours/day Monday - Friday.
