Full-time receptionist/admin assistant with legal background needed for management company in Novi.
Responsible for answering phones, and directing calls. Directing guests, and handling meeting space/conference room set-up. Maintain filing system, sort and distribute mail. Assist with various administrative projects.
Must have a minimum of 5 years' administrative experience. Knowledge of MS Office. Professional demeanor, and appearance. Must have above average communication skills, both verbal and written. Legal background preferred.
