Qualified Staffing is currently seeking an onsite Administrative Assistant for a reputable waste management company located in Hiram, GA. This is a great full-time opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and efficient data entry of customer information, invoices, and service details.
Provide excellent phone communication, answer calls, assist customers, and handle inquiries professionally.
Set up new customer accounts and maintain updated account records.
Use QuickBooks for billing, payment processing, and account management.
Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document organization.
Assist with internal communication between drivers, management, and customers.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative duties.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of administrative or office experience (service preferred).
Experience with QuickBooks.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills (phone & in-person).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a small office setting.
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, on-site position in Marietta/Hiram area
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Pay rate: $18 per hour
