Admirative AssistantLocation: FentonPay: $17Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to support our Fenton-base client. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, distributing calls within the office, processing premium payments, initiating claims with the claims department, developing and tracking customer forms, addressing billing questions from customers, and updating our social media accounts. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess the necessary administrative skills, we encourage you to apply for the Insurance Administrator position.  This position will not last long! Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls: Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and routing calls to the appropriate department or individual within the office.
  • Premium payment processing: Accurately process premium payments from customers, ensuring that all transactions are recorded and documented appropriately in our systems.
  • Claims initiation: Collaborate with the claims department to initiate claims on behalf of customers. Gather necessary information, complete required documentation, and ensure timely submission to facilitate claim processing.
  • Customer forms development and tracking: Develop and maintain customer forms, including applications, policy updates, and other relevant documents. Ensure proper tracking, filing, and organization of forms to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
  • Billing inquiries: Address customer inquiries related to billing, payment schedules, and account adjustments.
  • Social media management: Update and maintain company's social media accounts, including posting relevant content, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in insurance administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and terminology is a plus.
