Do you have experience as an Administrative Assistant? Have knowledge in Accounting? We have a client looking in the Brighton area who is looking for a Administrative Assistant/Finance clerk. This position would be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The client is a leading industrial lubricants and coatings manufacturer. Pay would start $18/hr. based on experience. This is a contract to hire position. Apply today! Responsibilities:
At front desk; answer phones and screen/direct calls and messages to the appropriate staff member. Greet visitors
Print, scan and email all invoices
A/P functions to include matching invoice with shipping documents/POs and inputting into Chempax
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
High level proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with Accounting
