Job Description
Qualified Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support operations for client in Lagrange, GA. Schedule: 20-29 hours per week Pay: $17.00 per hour Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Process client enrollments, manage documents, and handle reporting tasks.
Maintain accurate records and follow compliance procedures.
Perform clerical research, generate reports, and assist with data entry.
Follow security protocols for handling sensitive documents and information.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least two years of administrative or clerical experience.
Strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in a medical or public health setting is a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required.
Requirements:All candidates must meet immunization requirements at their own expense prior to onboarding. Immunizations must be completed within 24 hours of onboarding and include:
2 doses MMR or laboratory proof
1 dose of Tdap
Recent TB skin test (or chest X-ray if previously positive
