This role involves working closely with both the client and the staffing agency to ensure efficient workforce deployment, employee engagement, and operational support to meet client objectives. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong focus on customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Staffing Coordination:** - Assist in the recruitment and selection process for temporary and permanent staff. - Match candidates’ skills and availability to job requirements and client needs. - Maintain an up-to-date database of available candidates.
2. **Client Relationship Management:** - Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication with supervisors. - Understand client business operations and anticipate staffing challenges.
3. **Employee Support:** - Onboard new employees and provide training on site-specific procedures and expectations. - Address employee inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise in the workplace. - Conduct regular check-ins with staff to ensure job satisfaction and performance.
4. **Operational Support:** - Monitor attendance and compliance with policies and procedures for all on-site staff. - Assist in the forecasting of staffing requirements based on business needs and trends. - Provide administrative support, including generating reports and maintaining accurate records.
5. **Compliance and Safety:** - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment practices. - Promote a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and encouraging staff to do the same.
**Qualifications:**. - Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources is a plus. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
