Qualified Staffing is Now Hiring! Qualified Staffing is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Procurement Specialist for one of our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience managing purchasing, vendor relationships, inventory controls, and procurement processes.The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, inventory management expertise, and, most importantly, hands-on NetSuite experience.Key Responsibilities
Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors
Update purchase orders with vendor confirmations and sales order numbers
Follow up with vendors regarding open orders and delivery timelines
Monitor and communicate backlog status reports
Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and approve invoices for payment
Manage and improve inventory turns and inventory accuracy
Produce inventory and procurement reporting
Coordinate and audit physical inventory and cycle counts
Plan and execute inventory audits
Complete monthly manufacturer tracing reports
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors
Analyze procurement metrics and identify process improvements
Develop and support risk management strategies within the supply chain
Partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and leadership teams to support procurement objectives
Qualifications
3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’ s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
REQUIRED: Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP systems
