HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR QPT has been engaged in locating a detail-oriented Temporary HR Administrator to support our client’s manufacturing facilities over the next several months. This is an onsite role and will assist with daily HR operations including employee support, onboarding, timekeeping, and general administrative tasks to keep the plant running smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as an HR point of contact for plant employees
Support onboarding, orientations, and new-hire paperwork
Maintain employee records and process HR documents
Assist with timekeeping, attendance corrections, and reporting
Provide administrative support for HR, recruiting, and compliance activities
Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records
Assisting with benefit administration
Supporting HR-related training programs
Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities
Supporting HR events and meetings and coordinating employee communications
Knowledge of safety and Workers Compensation plans
Recruiting experience
Benefits Administration experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years of HR or administrative experience from a manufacturing environment
AAS required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills
Proficiency with MS Office; HRIS a plus
Knowledgeable of safety and Workers Compensation plans
