Job Description

Qualified Staffing has a Direct Hire opening for an in Accounting Specialist in Cartersville, Ga. 
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmPay: $62K
Job description: This role involves managing critical accounting functions, including reconciliations, journal entries, and payroll tasks, while contributing to the smooth operation of our financial systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform reconciliations for multiple active bank accounts and ensure credit card transactions are accurately posted and balanced
  • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring the proper classification of transactions
  • Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Utilize NetSuite and Docuware to manage and streamline financial operations
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
  • Process payroll transactions and ensure accurate and timely vendor payments
  • Assist with filing personal property taxes
  • Collaborate with other departments to support accounting tasks as needed
  • Experience with NetSuite a strong plus.
