Job Description

Qualified Staffing is hiring a full-time, temp-to-perm Accounting Specialist for a locally owned manufacturing company in Conyers, GA. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $21–$30/hour, based on experience RESPONSIBILITIESAccounts Receivable:
  • Process billing, deposits, and collections
  • Handle customer service and account inquiries
  • Perform accurate data entry and manage inventory records
Accounts Payable & Payroll:
  • Manage purchasing and bill payments
  • Process payroll and maintain payroll records, including payroll tax deposits
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger in QuickBooks
 REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks and payroll
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable speaking with vendors and clients
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
