Job Description
Are you or someone you know a detail-oriented, highly organized individual? Qualified Staffing is hiring for an Accounting Specialist position in Macon, Ga! Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pmPay: $15-$18/hour Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service via walk-in, email, and phone
Communicate with departments and vendors
Typing, record maintenance, bookkeeping, and issuing receipts and payments
Review general ledger accounts for accuracy
Post payments, process checks, assist with deposits
Assist with AP reconciliation
Respond to vendor and departmental payment inquiries
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
