Job Description
Position: Accessory InstallerLocation: FlintShift: M-TH 5:00am-3:30pm, weekend OT may be requiredPay: $20/hr Do you have experience in the automotive industry? Are you mechanically inclined and own your own tools? Our FLINT based client is looking for individuals for someone to install accessories and perform other light mechanical duties. Apply today if you would like to hear more. Responsibilities:
Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to assemble equipment accurately.
Gather necessary materials, build equipment, and conduct performance testing to meet production standards.
Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other equipment such as grinders, cutting torches, and overhead cranes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following PPE and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members or work independently to complete progressive assembly line tasks on time.
Perform final inspections and prepare units for delivery to the product audit stage.
Requirements:
Able to provide your own tools
Strong mechanical background.
Experience in the automotive industry and assembly environments
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to lift/move up to 75lbs.

Cordless screw gun
Hammers
Butane torch
Wire crimpers
Side cutters
