- Enter regular firm invoices in Accounting Software and cut checks
- Enter special check requests within the necessary time frame
- Scan checks for remote bank deposit
- Enter expense reports into Accounting Software
- Pay expense reports
- Enter and Pay contract labor
- Monthly working Timekeeper Reports to Lawyers
- HS Diploma/GED Required
- Previous book keeping or accounting experience a must
- Hard Worker
- Positive Attitude
