Job Description
Production Associate Location: Durand Mi Shift: 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am Pay: $15.10 base pay +shift premiums on 2nd and 3rd

Key Responsibilities: • Inspect cartons and glue bonding, ensuring proper adhesion and amount. • Check print alignment, score cracking, and warping. • Review job information and coordinate with forklift driver for pack boxes. • Set counts for pack boxes or cages and monitor the stretch wrapper. • Create labels and shipping tags and ensure proper pallet sizes. • Assist in other production areas as needed. • Stack pallets neatly and return unused pack boxes to inventory. • Discard old tags and labels, keep the floor clean, store tools properly, and sweep the area regularly. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • High School Diploma • No prior experience necessary – we will train you! • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed. • Reliable transportation and good punctuality.
