Job Description
Are you looking to get into the manufacturing industry? Do you like to work for a company that values your hard work? Look no further, our client is a leading Marine products manufacturing company and offers great benefits with on-site training provided.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 2:00PM- 10:00AM- $16.25/hr.
- Overtime may be required as needed!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understanding the correct operation of a roto-molding machine.
- Add inserts and other molded in components to a mold.
- Use measuring equipment to obtain proper powder weights.
- Charging mold with the correct weight and type of powder.
- Changing molds to accommodate production schedule.
- Inspecting parts for conformance to specification.
- Maintain an accurate count on the quantity of good parts and scrap parts.
Essential Physical Demands:
- Continuous lifting and handling of tanks weighing up to 150 pounds, with assistance.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to lift and pour 35 pounds of powder overhead continuously.
- Continuous standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
- Intermittent walking and crouching/stooping.
- Ability to continuously use a pry bar to exert excessive force at or above chest level.
- Ability to work in a continuously hot environment.
