Assembly Operator - Novi
Up to $19.50/hr

About The Position
Join our team at a Tier #1 Automotive Supplier in Novi for full-time, permanent roles with ample opportunities for growth. As an Assembly Operator, you'll work in a clean, air-conditioned environment, assembling transmissions using hand tools while wearing a lab coat.
No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided!
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the production of high-quality parts, striving for ZERO Defects.
Monitor material levels within your work area.
Inspect finished parts according to operator instruction sheets and control plans.
Promptly report any issues to the Shift Lead.
Maintain accurate records by logging necessary information into a designated logbook.
Keep your work area orderly and clean, including picking up parts from the floor.
Adhere strictly to all safety standards and procedures.
Support the training of new team members.
Perform additional tasks as requested.
