Field Service Technician – CNC, Laser & Metal Fabrication Equipment
Location: Remote with 90-95%% Travel (Domestic & International)
Compensation: Up to $40/hr+ (DOE)

We are seeking experienced Field Service Technicians who are immediately deployable and can hit the ground running with minimal training. If you're hands-on with Trumpf, Amada, Mazak, or similar industrial laser equipment, and love working in the field, this is the opportunity for you. What You'll Do
Perform new equipment installations at customer sites
Handle preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency repair
Provide on-site technical support and resolve customer issues in a timely, professional manner
Document all services performed and provide clear follow-up requirements
Travel up to 90% (both domestic and international travel required)
Who You Are
You currently work in a field service role
You have 5+ years of experience in industrial machinery service
You’ve worked with Laser, CNC, Tube, Flat Sheet, or Press Brake equipment
You’re skilled in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems
You understand how to read schematics and use test/diagnostic equipment effectively
You're organized, communicative, and committed to great customer service
Bonus Qualifications
Associate degree in a technical field or relevant military training
Experience with equipment from Trumpf, Amada, Mazak, or similar manufacturers
Can lift 50–70 lbs when required
Compensation
Starting rate based on experience and technical depth
Candidates with verified laser experience and strong field background may exceed standard $40/hr range
