Job Description


Do you have previous leadership experience? Are you the type of person that likes staying busy? If you answered yes, then keep on reading. We are looking for a Team Leader for a local manufacturing plant in Bay City, Mi. 1st or 3rd shift. 

Job Duties
  • Check employees in 
  • Complete building walk throughs 
  • Communicate staff shortages
  • Help lead team on production lines
  • Create a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Manage performance
  • Solve problems

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have previous experience leading a group of 5 or more people
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
