Qualified Staffing - Calhoun is seeking a Project Service Coordinator for a local manufacturing client that focuses in area rugs, broadloom carpet and home accents. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
The Project Service Coordinator will focus in the hospitality pision and will act as a liaison between outside sales representatives, inside design and planning department associates and customers. Primary function will be focused on providing project support for purchase orders of custom carpet and rugs. Previous experience working at a competitor within the hospitality floor-covering market with Project / Customer Service experience a MUST!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Proposal preparations
Order entry
Production schedule tracking
Freight and logistics monitoring
Manage project support between sales reps and customers
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Will deal with:
Sales reps
Architectural and design firms
Procurement firms
Lodging brands
Installation companies
Freight and logistics
Mills (Client and suppliers)
Additional requirements:
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must be familiar with the hospitality industry at-large and the various players
Customer Service skills a must!
Shift:
1st (8:00a-5:00p) Monday through Friday
Salary:
$40-$50K depending on experience!
