Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday,10:50PM - 7:10AM, with mandatory overtime as needed Are you experienced in manufacturing and looking for a stable, full-time role? We’re seeking dedicated and skilled Press Operators for a temp-to-hire position with our reputable client in St. Clair County.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow detailed work instructions to operate press machinery and perform production tasks efficiently.
Test and gauge production parts according to control plans, ensuring quality standards are met.
Complete required production reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and product quality.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good attendance record and positive attitude.
Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
