Qualified Staffing is seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our client's marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Under the direction of the Demand Generation Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will help drive results through flawless campaign execution, marketing channel management and sales enablement support. Responsibilities

Campaign Execution
  1. In partnership with the VP of Marketing and Demand Generation Marketing
  2. Manager, plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including PPC,
  3. social media and email marketing.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaign assets,
  5. including short form content and supporting graphics.
  6. Utilize email marketing tools for creation, deployment, and optimization of email
  7. campaigns.
  8. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure campaign success
  9. and optimize future strategies.

Marketing Channel Management
  1. Manage and optimize social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  2. Oversee the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and aligned with campaign goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze data to make data-driven decisions, continuously improving marketing channel performance

Campaign Asset Creation
  1. Coordinate and collaborate with the company's in-house creative team and external agencies to develop content and creative assets as needed for all inbound and brand campaign campaigns.
  2.  Ensure brand integrity throughout all campaign initiatives.

Sales Enablement
  1. Work closely with the sales team and VP of Marketing, develop marketing strategies
  2. that support sales objectives.
  3. Provide sales collateral and support materials, ensuring alignment with brand
  4. messaging and campaign themes.
  5. Contribute to the creation of materials that empower the sales team to effectively
  6. communicate value propositions.

Education/Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising
  2. 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, including digital marketing
  3. Experience with CRMs and marketing automation tools, Hubspot is a plus
  4. An understanding of digital marketing channels including social, email, PPC, and SEO
  5. Working knowledge of analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics), data visualization tools, AI tools (e.g. Chat Open AI), and Excel
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  8. Strong communication and presentation skills
  9. Experience working with cross-functional teams
  10. Promotional Product Industry Experience preferred
