Job Description

Job Title: Process Technician, 3rd ShiftLocation: Brighton, MIHours: 10:30PM – 7:00AMPay: Starts at  $21.00 We are currently seeking a dedicated Process Technician to join our team in Brighton, Michigan. Join a dynamic production team where you'll lead mold setups, troubleshoot injection molding machines, and drive quality output. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Injection Molding in all phases. If this sounds like you, apply now! Responsibilities:
  1. Process and trouble shoot injection molding machines.
  2. Perform tool tryout, including all phases of setup.
  3. Help direct and supervise Staff
  4. Ensure proper setting of Mold.
  5. Review tooling and perform tool repair, including preventative maintenance.
  6. Promptly report all Quality, Safety, and production issues the Molding Manager.
Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. 3+ years of Molding press operation knowledge and experience is required.
  3. Must have basic math skills.
  4. Mechanical ability and Blueprint reading  is a PLUS,
  5. Must have excellent communication skills.
  6. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
