We are HIRING! 
Qualified Staffing - Calhoun is searching for Mixers for a local international flooring manufacturer in Calhoun. This is a great opportunity to get in with a good company!
Shift: 2nd (3:00p-11:00p)Salary: $16-$17.49
Responsibilities: 
  • Perform quality control checks and mixed batch.
  • Understand a schedule while using a computer interface to record production.
  • Perform rubber "cut-downs;" this is to cut the material off of the mill and re-feed on to the mill. 
  • Feed small pieces of the batch to QC equipment and perform quality checks. 
  • Rotate between minor add compounding, color compounding, banbury mixing, and drop mill operating. 
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
