Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Midlothian, VACompensation: $15/hourSchedule: M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm Job Summary:The Warehouse Associate will pull work orders, receive goods into stock, place received items on the shelves, pack and ship orders, and process all orders for shipment. Essential Duties:
Accurately pull, count, and issue products from shelves
Put product away in assigned locations with proper tags attached
Receive incoming goods from vendors and internal customers
Distribute received goods to shelves
Pack items for shipment
Inventory checking/counting annually and as required
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills:
Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions
General Warehouse experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to multi-task
General computer skills
Knowledge of MS Office products
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalency
At least 6 months in a warehouse/distribution facility
Completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Work Environment:
Must be able to stand on concrete floors for a minimum of eight hours. Kneeling, squatting, bending over, and standing for long periods are required to perform assigned tasks
