THREAD ROLLER OPERATOR - DIRECT HIRE Are you experienced in THREAD ROLLER MACHINE OPERATION?  We have an ideal opportunity for you.  This is a DIRECT HIRE position working with a leader in threaded bolts and screws for the automotive, heavy truck and industrial industries.  Great opportunity to grow along with the organization.  Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 1:00 am with some occasional Saturdays.  Pay rate $23.00 to $28.95 based on experience.  This job won't last long...APPLY TODAY with QUALIFIED STAFFING LAPEER. Job Description: under direction of the Thread Roller Foreman.Responsible for setup and operation of thread rolling machinery. Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Thread rolling, knurling, SEMS and retaining features
  2. Monitoring and measurement of fasteners
 Required Skills:
  1. 3 – 5 years experience in thread rolling, knurling, sems and retaining features
  2. Must have knowledge of setup and be able to problem solve in an effective manner
  3. Must have experience with measurement equipment, i.e. micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, etc.
  4. Must have knowledge of pitch and functional measuring, major diameter, thread discontinuities, and how they determine the quality of the fastener
  5. Must be able to read blueprints
  6. Basic knowledge of IATF16949 requirements
  7. Operate fork truck to move stock
  8. Follow all work instructions developed to ensure repeatability
