Job Description


Sander (Entry Level) Growth Opportunity



1st Shift 6a-4:30p M-F (out early on Friday's) 
Location: Grand Rapids

Pay: $15+ Depending on experience raises after 90 days

Paint Preparation 
  • Learn to tell the difference between quality product and non-approved product
  • Be able to use and maintain sanders and other equipment to prepare the product for painting
  • Help to move product through steps from raw materials/paint booth
  • Assist in moving product to the sanding area and paint booth
  • Clean up work space at the end of each day
  • Keep tools in good working order

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to follow instructions carefully
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work well independently

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a paint prep role
  • Experience with powder coating
  • Experience with industrial painting
  • Aptitude for learning new techniques
