The Human Resources Manager is an integral part of the Management Team and as such provides the necessary leadership to drive the company’s people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management. This role will serve as an advisor to the Executive Team on People related topics and will proactively anticipate various HR-related needs and implement the necessary solutions. Additionally, the Humans Resources Manager is a vital leader in modeling a positive and professional work environment for all employees by promoting our clients' corporate values and Code of Ethics & Conduct. Duties and Responsibilities
Partners with the leadership team to develop and execute the organization’s people strategy particularly as it relates to headcount planning, talent attraction and retention, training, as well as succession planning.
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Provides support and guidance to managers and supervisors on complex and sensitive people topics.
Manages the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
Implements learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and internal investigations.
Manages the payroll remuneration process, partners with Finance on establishing accurate reporting for purposes of cost center tracking
Prepares, reviews, and is accountable for the company’s HR Expense Budget
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; prepares, recommends, and reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Prepares and presents clear and concise Human Resources presentations conveying results, KPIs, initiatives, and strategic people plans, communicates clearly, and exhibits both understanding and ownership of results and HR data
Works with our clients 'Group HR and People Management to understand best practices and benchmarks, aligns with the Group on companywide People KPIs and fosters a collaborative work relationship with Group management and various other stakeholders
Manages our clients' team of HR professionals, providing guidance, leadership, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
A minimum of three years of human resource management experience is required
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly desired
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software and systems
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems
Physical Requirements
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
