Our Brighton client is looking for an In Shop Turf Equipment Service Technician and a Mobile Service Technician! This is a direct hire opportunity! The pay is hourly based on experience ($20-$30/hour). The client will also pay for your training! Details are:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES (including, but not limited to): • Performs diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology • Consult equipment operating manuals, schematics, and drawings • Perform scheduled maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating parts • Diagnose and identify malfunctions using computerized tools and equipment • Inspect, repair, and replace defective or worn parts, such as bearings, pistons, and gears • Overhaul and test major components, such as engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems • Dissemble and reassemble equipment and components • Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on-time submittal of information
