Stand-Up Forklift Operator Do you have experience operating forklifts and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Are you looking for work in Jeffersonville, IN? Qualified Staffing is hiring for our client, a leading operations and logistics company, and we want you!Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday (Overtime as needed) 7:00 am - 3:30 pm 3:30 pm - 12:00 amPay: $19- 20/hr Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of forklifts and other warehouse equipment to safely move, stack, and track products.
Load and unload materials as part of a team, ensuring inbound and outbound schedules are met.
Accurately pick, pack, check, and load products to and from designated areas in the facility and trailers.
Move materials packed on pallets or in crates throughout the storage facility.
Stack loads in correct storage bays, following inventory-control instructions.
Complete forms, handle documentation, and keep accurate production records.
Inspect and perform routine maintenance on machinery, reporting repairs as needed.
Meet quality and performance standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and best practices at all times.
Experience & Skills You'll Need:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
RF Scanner experience preferred.
OSHA forklift certification or equivalent operating experience preferred. Sit down and reach truck.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
Willingness to be cross-trained on different jobs and work overtime when needed.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
