Our client, a large logistics company in Richmond, is now looking to hire Forklift Operators on 1st and 2nd shift (multiple openings on 2nd shift)! The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 year of forklift experience and a willingness to grow long term with the company. Apply now!

Position: Forklift Operator

Location: Richmond, VA, 23234

Schedule: 2nd Shift (3pm – 11:30pm) Monday – Friday and some Saturdays

Compensation: $17/hour

Position Summary:

The Forklift Operator will be responsible for unloading trucks with warehouse goods and placing them within the warehouse for storage purposes. This role will also consist of pulling pallets accurately based on the orders that are received and loading them onto trucks for transport. 

Responsibilities:
  • Standing Forklift operation
  • Loading and unloading trucks 
  • Organization and storage of warehouse goods
  • Pre-operation checks of warehouse equipment and forklifts

Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Pass preemployment drug screen and background check
  • 1 year of forklift operation experience 
  • Stand-Up forklift experience (preferred)
