Engineering Plan ReviewerWake Forest, NC$24.15/hour
Do you have technical experience is reviewing construction plans?  If so, this might just be what you have been waiting for. 
Responsibilities: Reviews construction plans for compliance with proper codes and ordinancesExamine plans of residential and commercial buildings requiring a minimum of Level II certification from the North Carolina Department of InsuranceWork is performed under regular supervision and is evaluated through conferences, review of reports and records, and contractor and citizen reactions
Experience:Technical judgement is required to interpret provisions of the codes as applied to various construction projects and circumstancestact, courtesy, and firmness must be exercised in dealing with contractors and the publicHigh School Degree is required
