Customer Service Representative

Youngsville, NC

8:30AM-5:30PM

$18-$20/hour

Do you value the importance of providing best-in-class customer service and enjoy guiding customers through products and help them place orders? If so, this is the position that you have been waiting for. 

Responsibilities:
  • Work in your personal office where you can focus and assist customers
  • Communicate with customers through email or chat, over the phone or on social media
  • Guide customers through products, confirm fitments, and help create support tickets
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Mult-task through different programs
  • Multi-task typing and talking

Preferred Skills: 
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  • 4 Year Degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
  • Attentiveness and patience
  • Time management skills

Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent Data entry skills
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
