Job Description

Our customer, a Lapeer based manufacturer is looking to fill a part-time administrative/clerical position.1st Shift, $15 hr. + based on experience. Apply Now or Call Qualified Staffing Lapeer at (810) 664-0573 Responsibilities
  1. Working a multi-phone line and routing calls to the appropriate department/employee
  2. Greeting customers/clients and issuing badges
  3. Assisting with calls and emails as needed
  4. Support new hire activity
  5. Managing absence hotline and documentation
  6. Sorting mail
  7. All other office duties as assigned
 Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of office/administrative experience required
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  3. Experience with customer/client interfacing
  4. Professional customer service oriented
  5. Basic understanding of accounting and math skills
 Education
  1. High school diploma
