Job Responsibilities & Duties
US Agent for the Company
- Maintenance of Company Drug Establishment Registrations (DER) covering all sites
- Drug Listing, Create NDC numbers
- Provide information on GDUFA requirements and GDUFA fees
Major driver, develop and maintain the overall Company's US Regulatory strategy
- Assist in the development and communication of and facilitate proper implementation of
regulatory strategies on product specific issues
- Follow and capture new FDA initiatives
- Keep up to date with new US guidance and regulations and communicate relevance to Company
- Participate in compendial projects to update USP
- Regular review of drug shortages and take the opportunity to enable shorter approval timelines
for submission
Depending on the RA resources and as decided by the direct manager, will be assigned as either Group RA Leader and member
- Ensure DMF' and AMNDA's and amendment packages are prepared and filed in a timely manner
- Prepare and file ANDAs DMF amendments, Annual reports
- Review outgoing FDA correspondence (ANDAs, amendments, supplements) for completeness,
correctness and compliance to FDA regulations and guidelines
- Review incoming FDA correspondence, including Deficiency Letters and coordinate and
consolidate required information for response
Actively follow-up with FDA to ensure progress of submissions and communicate status to Company
Provide US regulatory expertise and regulatory advice on various projects
- Review and approve internal change control documentation
- Local Regulatory responsible person for the Raleigh site
Ensure consistent application of the law regulation and guidance across regulatory projects
