General Responsibility: Producing, designing, and crafting all luxury boat line products to meet company specifications and standards.


Essential Functions:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, tools, and materials
  • Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
  • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies
  • Verifies specifications by measuring completed component
    • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications
  • Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements
    • Hoists, lifts, lighting, speakers, radio and/ or batteries
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies
  • Documents actions by completing production and quality forms
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Ability to manually move product and materials up to 50 lbs. through regular physical exertion, including but not limited to climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and bending
  • Ability to stand and work in various positions for several hours.  The work is done on concrete and in boats
  • Must be accurate and detail orientated
  • Must work at a reasonable pace and within our quality and production standards to ensure timely completion of tasks and must work overtime as required to meet company needs
  • Have knowledge of electrical skills appropriate for hard-wiring components that may include but not be limited to:
    • Install and hard-wire components for lights, speakers and under deck lighting LED when required
    • Install and hard-wire components for battery and/or radio, when required
  • Must have basic knowledge of computer skills
    • Install and program motor for digital use
  • Ability to rig motor based on specs of job
    • Uncrates motor, positions motor, installs motor
      • Install and run battery cable and shifter cable (where applicable)
    • Ability to operate propane torch for shrink wrap purposes








Quality Control

  • Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with company standards and/or specifications
  • Directing objectives to maximize profitability
  • Monitor own performance - self-audit for accuracy and produce high level output
