  • Understand and comply with procedures and work instructions for applicable quality system requirements
  •  
  • Authority to stop production to avoid non-conformances
  •  
  • Responsible for MIOSHA recordkeeping requirements
  •  
  • Responsible to submit, follow-up, and maintain work comp. claims.
  •  
  • Advise supervisors of issues pertaining to union contract violation and appropriate disciplinary action
  •  
  • Monitor and maintain employee files with respects to the HR system, employee files, and medical files to ensure that information is current and accurate.
  •  
  • Assist employees with issues, concerns, or requests on a daily basis.
  •  
  • Prepare time and attendance for processing and distribution of payroll
  •  
  • Prepare and participate in all union contract negotiations
  •  
  • Prepare employee history information and attend grievance hearings with Operation Management
  •  
  • Assist in the benefit administration for hourly and salary employees to include enrollment, COBRA, special events, and billing authorization
  •  
  • Maintain and develop relations with worker’s compensation organization and other resources to continually improve organizations overall costing and incident rate.
  •  
  • Assist in the administration of sick leave in conjunction with short-term and long-term disability for the hourly and salary groups.
  •  
  • Assist in transporting employees to and from the clinic
  •  
  • Offer direction and guidance to the supervisory and management personnel with reference to labor relation items in conjunction with the human resource manager.

 

  • Recruit and staff associates for all locations
  •  

Minimum High School graduate and 2 years college or equivalent experience

ADB experience is a MUST

Problem Solving Skills

Reasoning Skills

Computer Skills / Micro Soft Window, HRIS SYSTEMS

Knowledge of Labor Laws

Knowledge of MIOSHA recordkeeping requirements
