Split Shift - 10:00am-8:00pm

2nd Shift - 2:00pm-10:00pm

General Laborers

Responsible for the safety handling of lumber products. Verifies material meets customer requirements and company expectations



  • Moves and secures lumber products and other materials according to instructions
  • Stacks finish products according to predetermine bundle sizes and/or customer requirements
  • Labels materials based on type, size, and count, and following specifications
  • Applies individual tags to material before/after treating and production
  • Uses staple gun and troubleshoots equipment
  • Bands, bundles, and secures material
  • Ensures correct quantities and material are strapped, labeled before leaving the work area
  • Maintains accurate inventory of tags

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to recognize size/grade/quality of material
  • Ability to correctly read a tape measure and moisture meter
  • Ability to understand basic math and numbers
  • Ability to follow specific instructions and directions
  • Ability to use and operate hand tools and other equipment as required
  • Ability to stack material properly



Responsible for fabricating component parts or assembling the finished product according to customer specifications



  • Secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required on the operation
  • Fits parts together in accordance with prescribed manner and in accordance with quality standards
  • Operated hand tools as required to complete assembly process (nail guns)
  • Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures and if required may cover label and band components
  • Maintains production records as requires
  • Performs set ups according to specifications, feeds material, and catches material off saw

Skills and Abilities

  • ability to recognize size/grade/quality of material
  • Demonstrates ability to use and operate hand tools
  • Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions and directions
  • hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to troubleshoot nail gun machines and similar hand held equipment


Preferred - Nail Gun Experience
