  • USHER: Meet and greet fans as they enter the University of Alabama Athletic Department stadiums and venues. Assist
    ticket holders to their proper seat locations. Provide customer service and support to all fans and patrons regarding the
    event and venue. Assist event management with emergency instructions and evacuations if the situation arises.

 

  • TICKET TAKER: Use electronic scanners to scan proper game and event tickets which allow admission to UA facilities
    for games or events. Provide exterior facility monitoring by only allowing facility entrance to persons with proper
    credentials or ticket(s). Provide facility monitoring by enforcing the prohibited items list assigned by US Department of
    Homeland Security, University of Alabama Police Department and Event Management. Provide customer service and
    support to all fans and patrons regarding the event and facility. Assist event management with emergency instructions
    and facility evacuations if the situation arises. ID University of Alabama students by their action card and use electronic
    scanners to scan ID cards for proper ticket information to gain admission to the facility for game or event.

 

  • GATE ATTENDANT: Provide facility monitoring by only allowing entrance to persons with proper credentials to secure
    areas within the facility. Provide customer service and support to all fans and patrons regarding the event and facility.
    Assist event management with emergency instructions and evacuations if the situation arises.

 

  • OTHER MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES FOR EVENT STAFF:
    Provide parking lot monitoring at Athletic Department events and facilities by only allowing proper parking passes or
    proper personnel admission into the lot.
    Assist fans and patrons with disabilities that attend Athletic Department events. This includes assistance to their seats,
    assistance to the restroom and assistance with any other reasonable requests made by disabled person(s) and their party

  • Must be available on Gameday Saturday's typically 4 hours prior to game and 3 hours after game
  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours
  • Must be trustworthy to follow directions and keep security tight
  • Able to pass pre-employment screening
