Fast paced and growing Industrial/ Clerical Staffing Company seeks energetic, enthusiastic, career oriented individual with a can-do attitude for an exciting growth opportunity as a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter.
Skills needed include candidate recruiting, networking, interviewing, reference checking, client development, ability to re-prioritize workload throughout the day, strong communication skills with internal staff, candidates and clients, and the drive to succeed, prosper and contribute in a high-energy environment.
Prior experience in staffing industry preferred but not required.
Additional responsibilities will include answering phones, data entry , formatting and scanning resumes, as well as greeting walk ins.

8am-5pm (Monday through Friday)
Location: Marietta Ga/ Cobb County
BILINGUAL (Spanish and English a MUST)
Must be professional, flexible, resourceful and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities with fine attention to detail.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional phone skills.
Be proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information and have a commitment to excellent customer service.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with all levels in the organization.
Must be able to pass an extensive drug test and background check. Clean MVR.
We are seeking a dependable, long term minded individual that can work with very little or no supervision.
Must be self starter.
PRIOR STAFFING/ RECRUITING EXPERIENCE A PLUS!
Will prefer candidates from the Cobb County area or within 5-10 miles from Marietta
